Wharfedale Trail Half Marathon
The 15th Wharfedale Trail Half Marathon was on Saturday, and was held in perfect conditions runners greeted by warm sunshine, a slight breeze and very dry underfoot conditions with many runners opting to race in light weight road shoes. The race limit of 525 was almost reached with 514 entries; 418 runners taking part on the day.
Trevor Schofield was first back for Ripon, followed by Tony White, Phil Moores, Sheena Jackson, Julian Davis, Jane Grundy, Nicole Sutton, Andy Purll, Kim Holden and Lindsey Fallow.
