Wetherby 10k
Stan Appleton dashed from the Tholthorpe 10k race earlier in the day to run at the Wetherby 10k race, managing a finish time of 1 hour 4 minutes, while Mark Ryder had a great run finishing 24th out of 888 finishers in a time of 39 minutes 15 seconds. First lady back for Ripon was Helen Cox in 57:19, followed by daughter Beth Constantine in 1 hour and 20 seconds.
