Trophy Hat Trick on the Moors
Ripon Runners brought home three trophies in the latest Hardmoors Marathon Series Race held in Goathland. The marathon route is just over 28 miles long combining 3,255 feet of climb, with challenging conditions underfoot on a misty and windy day on the North Yorks Moors.
Michael Hall was first home for Ripon and picked up the male FV50 trophy, while Kim Holden enjoyed another strong run to collect the ladies FV50 trophy. Claire Baker was again in good form to claim the 3rd lady overall trophy. Simon McCudden and Lena Conlin also completed the full route while James Stuart-Mills completed the 10k route.
