Tim PB at LDWA Event
Tim Joynson, Paul Morgan and Ray Raper ran together at Saturdays LDWA One Foot in the Gargrave event. Their finish time of 4 hours 2 minutes was a course PB for Tim, taking 24 minutes off his 2015 time, and also got them joint second place overall. Tim said the conditions were perfect with only a light breeze.
