Thirsk 10
Just under 1000 runners completed the very popular Thirsk 10 mile road. Among the entrants were many RR members, with Jim Berriman claiming 96th place with a stunning time of 1 hour 4 minutes 40 seconds. Not much separated the next few RRs as John Chatwin (1:08:42), Michael Meegan (1:09:52) and Michael Hernandez (1:09:58) just finished ahead of the club’s first female finisher Kari Munro (1:11:17).
