Suzanne & Libby Complete 10k
Mother and daughter duo Suzanne and Libby Rickard competed together at the scenic Whixley 10k trail race last Sunday. Mum Suzanne finished first lady for Ripon in 47 minutes 53 seconds, less than 4 minutes ahead of junior member Libby who also ran well for a time of 51:27.
First back overall for the club was Dougie Scott who claimed 6th position in 38:09, with Anne Cheeseman finishing in 51:15. Fiona Alder was next in 55:43, while Beth Constantine, another Ripon junior, also finished under the one hour time in 58:08 along with Julie Brown in 59:46. Paula Johnstone completed the Ripon line up in 1:04:02.
