Snape 5k & 10k
The Ripon Runners beginners group had seven people at Snape on Saturday. Diane Welsh ran the 5k and completed it despite carrying a knee problem. Six others completed the 10k with the help and encouragement of Lisa Sorby and Fiona Alder.
They were: Katie Bell, Richard Midgley, Rachel Broadway, James Parkes, Elaine Barrett and Alan Barrett. Elaine enjoyed a great start to her time as an RR by winning the over 60’s category.
