Sir Titus Trot Marathon
Also on Saturday, Lena Conlin completed the Sir Titus Trot Marathon. The route is entirely on the towpath, first 3.1 miles towards Leeds the turn back, run through the start and continue towards Liverpool for a further 10 miles. Turn and run back to the start. The marathon took Lena 4:25:18 to complete.
