Simon Runs Welsh Lakes 20 Miler
On Saturday, Ripon Runners chairman Simon McCudden completed the Rhyader Round the Lakes 20 Mile Road Race in 3 hrs 6 mins 49 secs. The 20 mile route is a very demanding race which runs through the picturesque countryside of the Elan Valley, and over one of the most scenic courses in the British Isles.
