Reservoir Dogs Ultra
Colm O’Cofaigh completed another ultra marathon distance event at the weekend, this time the Reservoir Dogs Ultra. It’s a 35 mile course around 7 of the reservoirs that serve the Leeds area, starting from Otley and taking in Lindley Wood, Swinsty and Fewston reservoirs before heading over to John O’Gaunt, Beaver Dyke and Scargill reservoirs, and then returning to the finish in Pool-in-Wharfedale via Stainburn Forest, Almscliffe Crag and Eccup reservoir. A very scenic, undulating course. Colm finished in 7 hours 44 minutes.
