Raby Castle 10k
Helen Cox and Beth Constantine completed a very hilly course 10k at Raby Castle in Co. Durham, with Beth’s sprint finish just enough to pip mum Helen to the finish line as they crossed in 55 minutes 13 seconds and 55 minutes 14 seconds. Beth was first female in the 15-19 category, while Helen was 2nd female 45-49.
