Melmerby 10K
A sunny warm day proved tough for many rnners who competed at the annual Melmerby 10k race on Sunday. The entirely road course offers a good chance for PB’s and this was the case for many Ripon members, with Elise Nicholson winning first local female title in a PB time of 44 minutes 26 seconds, as well as helping Kari Munro (first Ripon Runner female 42:11) & Anneke Imeson (PB 46:13) to the ladies team prize. Lee Stanley was first RR back in 38:08. Other results were:
