Loftus Poultry Run
Seven members were at Loftus for the 34th running of the Loftus Poultry Run. It was raining, which made the already frozen ground slippery. Fancy dress was encouraged and many ran dressed up as festive characters. The mixed terrain course had 220 m of ascent giving stunning views of the Yorkshire coastline.
First back for the club was Fred Clapham in 1:05:45, then Steve Grange 1:12:20 closely followed by Lena Conlin 1:12:29, Andy Purll 1:12:56, Steve Parkinson 1:16:46, Anne Cheeseman 1:17:50 and Kate Eyles 1:25:53.
