Lightwater Valley 10k
Ripon Runners won plenty of prizes of the local LWV 10k race, with Dominic Lockwood winning claiming first place in a stunning time of 37 minutes 4 seconds, while Chloe Dalton claimed the female title in 44:19, just pipping Kari Munro into second female spot (44:54). Lee Stanley (38:16) and Simon Cave (38:25) also had sub 40 minute times for 5th and 6th place. Mark Ryder finished in 40:09 for 13th position, with Joe Lofthouse 14th in 40:20. Other finishers were:
