Lena’s 100 Miles for Third Place
Lena Conlin achieved an amazing feat of running 100 miles over the weekend to claim a podium finish at the Equinox 24 hour at Belvoir Castle. The race comprises 10k laps with runners trying to complete as many laps as possible within 24 hours and Lena managed 16 laps to claim a superb third female prize for longest distance completed. Lena’s husband Billy completed 17 laps for a total of 107 miles and fourth place in the male, category while Chris I’Anson managed 11 laps and 66 miles.
