Leeds Women 10k
Helen Cox and daughter Beth Constantine ran at the Leeds Women’s running 10k at Temple Newsam on Sunday 1st October. Helen admitted afterwards it was her toughest race yet, but only 34 seconds separated the pair, as they finished the hilly and extremely muddy course in 61 minutes 17 seconds for Beth, with Helen close behind in 61 minutes 51 seconds.
