Leeds Abbey Dash
PBs were the order of the day when members went to Leeds for the 10k distance Abbey Dash race. Linda Cadman finished in 1 hour and 43 seconds, taking an amazing 7 minutes off her PB, while daughter Nicole Sutton also got a 10K PB of 47:14. Helen Cox got a 10K PB for the 2nd week in a row 50:41 – getting closer to that sub 50 every time she competes, while daughter Beth Constantine flew round in finishing in 52:10.
