LDWA - One Foot in the Gargrave
Paul Morgan, Ray Raper, Alan Kyle and Sheena Jackson took on the LDWA 23 mile event One Foot in the Gargrave on Saturday. It’s a very runnable event which takes runners from Gargrave through Kirby Malham village, round by Janet’s Foss and along Mastiles Lane to finish back at the village hall in Gargrave. The four were accompanied by Sheena’s spaniel Poppy who was first dog back. The four were joint 13th in 4 hours 7 minutes with Sheena as second lady.
