Langdale 10k
Also on Saturday 2, Jo & Iain Wallace competed at the Langdale 10k event in the Lake District. A hilly course, and Jo’s first 10k since injury, she managed a great time of 49 minutes 12 seconds while Iain also ran well for a time just under the 43 minute barrier.
