Lakeland Trails Helvellyn 15k Race
Gary and Bridget Bastow ran the Lakeland Trails Helvellyn 15k Race.
The race started from the edge of Ullswater, then up to Helvellyn youth hostel and round Grisedale beck returning to the village of Glenrydding
Of the 264 running, Gary was 55th overall and 4th V50 in 1 hour 11min while Bridget was 105th and 4th lady V40 in 1 hour 17mins.
