An undulating scenic road race, with a couple of challenging hills, one of the highlights of the Kilburn Feast weekend, which raises funds for local charities. Around 200 of the competitors were club runners (about 80%), with sandwiches, cake and tea awaiting finishers. Setting off at 1pm, the water stations were a welcome sight, with little shade along the route. The 7 mile marker appears before the finish, with an extra quarter mile to run added in for good measure! PB time 61m02s, nearly 5mins quicker than last year, 3rd FV55. Can’t see any other RRs in the results, apologies if I missed someone.
Well done to everyone who ran.
