Jo Wins More Silverware for RR
Jo Wallace continued Ripon’s winning streak by claiming the first V50 female at the Hardmoors Osmotherley Marathon. The tough 28 long mile course has 5,000 feet of ascent but Jo finished strongly to claim her age group title and 5th lady overall in 6 hours 8 minutes. Running with Jo was husband Iain, with Lena Conlin also having a good run to finish in 6 hours 38 minutes, with Tony Carr finishing 8 hours 29 minutes. Michael Hall had to retire due to injury.
