Jill Claims Two Prizes in Otley
Jill Holt claimed two prizes at the last of the Punk Panther series of races for 2017 on Saturday. Starting in Otley, the 33 mile mainly off road route contained just over 4000 foot of ascent, and took runners around the towns of Cookridge, Menston and Ben Rhydding via boggy fields and tracks. The course was well marked, and supported by 6 checkpoints offering food and water. Just 6 days after her birthday, Jill wasted little time claiming her first FV50 prize along with third lady overall by finishing the race in 7 hours 2 minutes along with husband Matthew.
