It’s Grim up North Pateley Pie & Pint
IGUN put on a laps course in Pateley Bridge on Saturday. The course was a 5 mile lap and runners were treated to amazing views of the snow covered valley. The route was particularly icy in places, particular the descents and kissing gates, which led to seeing some interesting running styles on display! The event offered different running distances of 5, 10, 15, 20, 26.2 & 30 miles and attracted lots of Ripon Runners. Prize winners included Sheena Jackson (6:05) & Lena Conlin (6:15) taking 1st & 2nd Lady in the ultra and Claire Baker (3:11) taking 3rd lady in the 20 mile race. Full results below:
