Helm Hill Fell Race
Super Sally Houghton continued her winning streak of 2016 at the Helm Hill Fell Race near Kendal. With a longer than usual course of 3 miles over 900ft of ascent the race also had a different format, with separate groups going up the same hill three times, all from different directions. Although a fast hard course, Sally found it all very runnable, and managed 6th lady, and once again first in her age category.
