Harewood 10k
At the Harewood 10k in Leeds on Sunday 6 April Anthony Jefford was first Ripon member back and 7th overall in 39 mins 35 secs. Sharon Barlow Hamilton proved she was fully recovered after missing the Thirsk 10 to win the female race in 40:22, with Donna Riddler producing a great 44:03 time to finish 3rd female.
