Farleton Knot Fell Race
On Sunday, Sally Houghton took part in another of the BOFRA championship races. The latest race was at Farleton Knot just past Kirkby Lonsdale, and being the longest race so far at 4.5 miles long with 1,500ft of ascent. The race took runners up a long drag around the fell then descended a sharp steep scree before runners had to go back up that same scree to the final descent. Sally was 3rd lady home overall (time TBC).
