Escrick 10k
At the weekend Ray and Paula Johnstone completed the Escrick 10k, a flat multi-terrain course which was made more difficult due the hot conditions. Of the 580 finishers, Ray managed a finish time of 45 minutes 40 seconds while Paula finished in 1.06.06.
