Equinox 24 hr Event
Lena Conlin’s latest endurance event, saw her competing at the popular Equinox 24hr event at Belvoir Castle in Leicestershire. Running as a solo entrant, Lena ran 17 laps of the 10km course, over trail terrain, to finish as 4th single female. As well as the distance, nutrition, rest and strategy are all part of the conundrum and Lena, yet again, showed many others, just how it should be run.
