On an otherwise wet and gloomy Saturday, an unexpected 2 hour dry spell opened up just as the Dent 14 mile race got underway. Alex Fawcett took the MV50 first prize and 19th place overall in a time of 1 hour 32 mins 44 secs. Ben Imeson was next for Ripon in 1:38:09, followed by Gary Wilks (1:55:24) and RR first lady Anneke Imeson (1:59:13).
Other finishers were: Heather Glegg (2:02:40), Tim Joynson (2:11:44), Simon McCudden (2:15:50), Nicole Sutton, Jo Thwaites (2:26:13), Kelly Dunkley (2:27:55), Robert Mundy (2:50:09) and Linda Cadman (2:59:17).
