Chester Marathons
Also on Sunday, Chester hosted both a traditional marathon of 26.2 miles long and a ‘metric’ marathon of 26.2 km (16.3 miles). Kim Holden opted for the longer distance and completed her 10th road marathon in 4 hours 50 minutes. Hayley and Martin Whipp completed the metric version and recorded times of 2 hours 20 minutes for Hayley and 2:24 for Martin.
