Boston (UK) Marathon
Simon McCudden ran the Boston Marathon in Lincolnshire, the course being a nice rural flat one on minor roads. The weather conditions were kind, and Simon completed his 65th road marathon in a superb sub 4 hour time of 3hrs 54mins 20secs.
This event is run on the same day as its more famous counterpart in the USA – and Simon was lucky enough to qualify for the Boston USA Marathon way back in 1990.
