Ben and Reece in Top Three
The Sessay Swift 6k race was staged near Thirsk, with Ben Pease only 17 seconds behind overall winner Jonathon Johnson of Harrogate Harriers. Ben ran a time of 19 minutes 33 seconds with team mate Reece Dalton claiming third spot in 20:07.
Dougie Scott (21:39) just beat Lee Stanley (21:42) as the Ripon members finished 12th and 13th overall. Another 7 members also completed the race:
