Ben 4th in Swansea
Ben Pease was only 50 seconds behind the race winner at Swansea’s Richard Burton 10k race. Carwyn Jones from Cardiff won the title in 31 minutes 47 seconds, but Ben put in an excellent performance for a time of 32:37 to secure 4th spot.
