Balmullo Trail Race
North of the Border, in the kingdom of Fife, Tim Joynson enjoyed a running holiday, taking part in the Balmullo Trail Race. With 635ft of ascent, and some tough opposition, Tim finished in a time of 42:55, in 106th place.
