Appleby Half Marathon
John Smith and Dave Jelley travelled to Appleby for a hilly half marathon, with some great views and a mug as a trophy, full of spicy vegetable soup. John did his best ever half marathon time, 1 hour 47 minutes with the great Dave Jelley winning his age category in 1 hour 35 minutes.
