Ripon Runners was formed in June 1985 by a group of like minded people who were all enthusiastic about running. Since then the Club has gone from strength to strength to be the well respected Club it is now.
The Club meets every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 1830 hrs. The venue is Ripon Cricket Club.
Ripon Runners welcome runners of all abilities from 16 and upwards, male and female.
Coaching will return in September.

Membership is £20, including £5 England Athletics fee, with members in full time education paying £10. Non competing members £15.

Road Running, Cross Country, Orienteering and Fell Running are all participated in by members. The Club is also affiliated to Claro Orienteers.

Members are keen competitors in the Harrogate and District Summer Road Race League.

Two annual races are organised by us each year, the Ripon 10 mile which passes through the National Trust's Valley of the Seven Bridges and the Deer Park and the Jolly Holly Jog 10k which passes through Studley Park.
